Description:	The Clarify Gem spell focuses moonlight through a gem, removing flaws and increasing its value. It requires a moon in the sky, and you must have Piercing Gaze active on yourself to guide the spell.
Example Messaging:	You gesture at a medium moss-green diopside. It begins to shine with unnatural light. Roundtime: 4 seconds. A medium moss-green diopside gleams with new luster. You gesture at a medium moss-green diopside. It begins to shine with unnatural light. Roundtime: 4 seconds. The diopside shatters!

Notes

• Increases the value of gems, but at the risk of shattering them. There must be a moon in the sky and you must have Piercing Gaze active. You can only clarify a gem once or it will shatter.
• Piercing Gaze can also be used to view the current quality of the gem and see if it has already been enhanced.
