Unshoba is the magical feat trainer for the province of Ilithi. He wanders around Sapphire Avenue in Shard.
The tall Elothean is garbed in a simple dark grey tunic and black sandals. He either appears to be deep in thought, or oblivious to his surroundings. A small bottle pokes out of one of his tunic's pockets.
