Found in the foyer of Ibec Hall in Theren:

A statue of Tilas Neilron stands here, one arm supporting a large jar that he holds against his side. The Human was one of the earliest pioneers of the alchemic arts, and his name forever became engraved in the tomes of history as he served as the engineer that created the Guardian of Ras'skon. Though many of the theories within his writings, "Studies of Alchemy by Tilas Neilron," have been proven wrong today, it was years ahead of its time and sparked a new zeal in alchemy among a younger generation.
