This is the "VERBSClaspCloak" template to list all the actions for cloaks which can be combined with different clasps and pins, such as the ones from Pi'rasha's Pins.

Cloaks using this template have the following study:

You study your <cloak> closely, and come to the conclusion that you can ADJUST, HUG or CLEAN it.

It also appears that you can swap out the fastener if you want to.

It should be called in the following format:
