He is wearing a jadeite gwethdesuan, a kyanite gwethdesuan, some soft soled knee-high black suede boots, some supple black leather pants riveted with silver studs along the seams, a black spidersilk shirt with a high collar and silver dragon shaped buttons and a thin silver circlet of serpentine dragons interlocked with gypsy knotwork.

Talorcern was Talorc's brother and former gypsy king. Had a bad heart. Named after his father. Challenged and fought a cousin in a duel for the crown.

Had two daughters who were in Talorc’s custody after his death when he died.
