3.0 Brawling hardcapped <156 ranks. Defenses still moving very well at 190+ ranks.

Still locking:

MO at 220
Weapons at 220
Die in 1-3 hits, swarm, and grazing hits won't even scratch the skin while in heavy plate, no buffs.
Able to skin fairly consistently at 105 - no arrange.
I was able to skin occasionally with full arrange at 132 ranks and 21 base agility. Cleric with no buffs.
