Regarding greater naga, from GM Armifer:

"Like most species there's more or less buttkicking exemplars. Greater naga are suitably frightening but, similar in context to familiars and elementals, don't have the same raw transcendental potential you see in some other classes of beings.
Like there aren't "elemental gods" except perhaps in the most wildly poetic use of the term.
That said anyone who's read up about unbound familiar spirits probably understands you don't need to be god-tier to be perfectly frightening."
