I'm not familiar with this NPC, but is there a reason Swan is redirecting here?
It was probably originally mis-directed by a very confused thief. Daralaendra is Guild Leader Lady Swan's youngest sister. She can be reached by the public in the Suanealaena shipping co. warehouse's office room in Riverhaven, which was also the former Therengian thief guildhall before the busts.
