To Target, or Not To Target

The DR spell page shows the target icon next to this listing, which is why I included it... are you certain it's not going to be a targeted spell? --Farman 13:14, 18 June 2007 (CDT)

It was converted from TM to the new SvSpirit contest some time after its initial release. Considering its last incarnation and because GMs haven't indicated otherwise, it's safe to assume it will return as SvSpirit unless they decide to convert all damaging contested spells to TM (which is possible but unlikely).
