Imbue spell vs imbuement rod:

• The instruction book recommends using "the most mana possible" when using Imbue with enchantments.
• Using insufficient mana fails with a message: "the imbue potency was insufficient to contain such a high grade of enchantment"
• Creating a Holy Ritual Focus (difficulty 5) could not be completed channeling with 36 mana -- it likely requires _signicantly higher_ magic skill to to imbue an enchantment than Enchanting the skill required to use an imbuement rod.
