Tanking concentration and then tapping fans prevents you from casting the spell, allowing for a higher upper limit to the training these tools provide. So far, from practical studies, the fans are still working exceptionally well at 70 ranks of Arcana, looking in roughly 3 minutes. Will post further updates. --drtyprior 20:06, 26 April 2011 (UTC)

The 100 ranks for 100% efficiency is wrong. At 100 exactly I'm not getting "absorbs all" every time.
