Description
Tall and somewhat lanky, Captain Spigle is a mostly ordinary looking human of questionable hygiene. His coarse pants are salt-stained and worn, and his sailcloth shirt has several small tears in need of mending. Most striking are his eyes; a deep clear blue with tiny flecks of silver that glisten when the light catches them.
