He has a tattoo of a lithe black dragon clutching a broken chain on his right wrist.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing an elegant black Elven longbow, a braided wicker shield painted with a drowning ferret, a black swordsman's shirt with rolled-up cuffs, an oversized bright yellow raincoat, a black leather split-strap sword belt with polished onyx inlays, a black leather hip pouch with a silver knotwork clasp, some battered black leather pants, a black leather ankle sheath and some tall black leather boots with turned down cuffs that come to just below the knee.

Entrances & Exits
The ground trembles and the sky suddenly arcs with lightning as fear shivers through your body like a winter storm raking at an autumn leaf. Before you a dark portal forms and out of it steps Quarel who raises his arms, calming the ground and quieting the sky.
Quarel suddenly dissolves into a heavy mist and quickly floats off.
