An urgent update was just brought to Guildleader Kalika from a pair of scouts stationed in the far reaches of Forfedhdar! They bring word from the eccentric Bugologist -- thanks to adventurers' support, her expedition was able to push beyond the infestation of fuligin moths afflicting the blighted Vela'Tohr Woods, but that's the only good news! As initially suspected, an additional non-native species has been discovered within Kaal Utewg. The 'forest of eyes' lives up to its name, as nests of the related void-black moths are hatching and further infesting the region! Like the lesser moths reported on previously, these too seem to show a hardening compared to their Zoluren brethren, likely due to the corruption and harsh environments prevalent near Asketi's Mount! The scouts reported that the Bugologist is quite animated over this new discovery, and fearful that there may yet still be more horrors lurking beyond their latest encampment. She once again sends word asking for skilled explorers and adventurers to aid in pushing beyond this new pestilence invading the forest so that she may continue her cataloging efforts. She indicated that a steep uphill trail leading to the new discovery begins within the clearing, and those familiar with the area should easily traverse it. Oh no! Happy Tuesday, adventurers! Strike team is back for week 8, and Cordulia is revisiting the dark places of Forfedhdar this week! If you're feeling a bit cramped in Zoluren and looking for a challenge, look no further! This expansion to Kaal Utewg introduces an additional area for void-black umbral moths. Like the previous moth release, this area is available to everyone, and the moths that spawn cover a range. Zoluren's base is 185, and these guys will spawn in the 185-188 range, giving them a (very) slightly wider training range. Will this be the last we hear from the Bugologist? Are there indeed more horrors lurking within the woods? Only time will tell! This area is live now in all instances. Next week, something something Adan'f, maybe! Zadraes (for the team!)
