Happy Tuesday!
Those of you who have the skeletons from one of the earlier Hollow Eve events may want to drag them out to start experimenting again. Their behind-the-scenes mechs have had a small facelift to play better with X3 systems and items -- modern foraged woods and ingots, for example, and a few other things! There are 106 total recipes in the system -- some effects have multiple recipes that can trigger them (part of this is the skill combinations that happened in X3 and some just had multiple recipes to begin with!). As part of the review and (upcoming) updates, I'll be testing and confirming each of the effects has at least one functional recipe. For this first batch, because there were mechanics updates, I've only confirmed the first 11 recipes. I do know that much further down the list of recipes for stat boosts, there are some trying to use old Moon Mage enchanting items, but those particular stat boosts ALSO have alternative recipes that (at a glance) are functional. The tracking for which recipes have been successfully completed has also been reset so we can get clean data after these changes. In the future, we may consider a way to review discovered recipes, but that's a ways off! Big thanks to Paklin for the QC on this, and more to come! These updates are live everywhere. | |
