It's just a sticky forehead gem. No Atmo messages. As for what thealstone is... I believe Uwresari told the crowd at some point, but for the sake of argument I'll summarize. "One my supplies had a small selection of it. I do not know it's origin or much about it, but it looked nice so I put it in the box." As for it's physical appearance: A very hard, nearly opaque gem. Looks sort of like milky quartz with just a hint of transparency. They naturally glow ever so slightly, though not enough to be useful as a light source and only notable in dim lighting. Beyond that, all I'll say is that it is not an HE exclusive material. -Raesh
