I've made some changes to the TKT and TKS spells.


1) Damage type determination has been set on fire, the ground salted, and rebuilt.
1a) Random objects + Katamba slivers do Piercing + Impact damage.
1b) Xibar slivers do Piercing + Cold damage.
1c) Yavash slivers do Piercing + Fire damage.

2) It is no longer possible for your spell to fail because of speed & weight calculations. These calculations are still used for messaging, but you will always achieve a velocity necessary to harm a target if you're using an object that's valid for the spell.

3) Slivers now correctly auto-delete themselves if they miss their target.

4) It should no longer be possible to hit targets with nothing.

This is live in Prime and Platinum only for now. Please let me know if anything quirky comes up.
