| The cooldown only applies to successful shoves (they made contact) that forced the defender to their knees or worse. Unbalancing shoves aren't so awful that a cooldown had to apply to them. Shoves are tactical. You can throw one into a fight and get an immediate, large advantage on your target - but only every so often. | |
