I was investigating adding stealth hindrance to shield appraisal. It turns out that shield base evasion hindrance is the same as shield base stealth hindrance. Since shield appraisal doesn't show your personal reduction of that amount, both values would always be the same. So, I didn't make any changes, but feel free to imagine that the shield hindrance messaging says "maneuvering and stealth". For the less imaginative, you may copy that line into a word processor of your choice and modify it to reflect stealth hindrance after each appraisal attempt. GM Lohkrian
