| Skinning did get a bit harder, and arrange now ramps up quicker. With 568 ranks and capped skinning bonus and skinning knife and HoL, I was able to get high quality arranged hides off storm bulls much of the time.
Skinning has one hell of a random modifier to it, and I think this could be throwing things off at the high end. Not to mention the Ranger bonus can often mean +/- 250 ranks or more with some people :/ Makes it a nightmare trying to figure out why one person is having no issues, and another one can't skin to save themselves. | |
