| [ APPRAISE CAREFUL showing true stats of a Rutilor's Edge-d SWAPable weapons is] just an aspect of the unusual mechanics required by swapable weapons to show the full range of stats of various modes in a careful appraisal. It was not at all intended and probably isn't going to be "fixed" any time soon if at all, nor will it apply to normal weapons.
