| Thief bonus is instant change, you lose all bonus as soon as you go into a neutral / rural area (although you aren't penalized) and you get it back immediately on stepping back into urban areas, with the size of the bonus dependent on the urbanity.
The Thief urban bonus is smaller than Ranger wild bonus, but Confidence can bring it it to the same maximum as the current Ranger bonus, if you're in a city. -Z | |
