First Strike no longer gives a soul hit. Killing a PC wasn't giving a soul hit, just messaging. The exception was if you were accused of a crime. I've removed the misleading messaging. You will get a soul hit if you are accused of a crime. Many thanks to Abasha for the fast QC.
