Hey gang. First of the latest round of astro tweaks for you. I have more in the works, but these were very isolated and easy to roll out on their own, so we decided not to wait. Both of these are designed to make astrology easier for the beginner, though they may be of minor convenience for other users. 1. Weather penalty mechanics have been revised. While you still will be unable to observe a body that is completely obscured, partial obstruction will no longer prevent you from observing or penalize your attempt. Instead, you'll suffer an increased RT based on the coverage percent. Telescopes will partially mitigate this penalty. This should please both the players who use this ability and the people who don't have to watch them spam observe with no RT to try and get through cloud cover. 2. The three moons and the sun now give a partial award if an attempt to observe them fails. Made up numbers example: Previously, if you succeeded, you might gain 20 prediction pool, but none if you failed. Now if you fail by achieving 80% of the success needed, you will be awarded 16 prediction pool. This is live in prime and plat, and TF after a few days.
