There has been some changes to the system that controls mana, though it is largely stuff you will not currently care about.

1: Arcane mana room values are derived from a new equation, courtesy of Zeyurn.
2: Arcane mana's cyclic modifier has been defined and added to the system.
3: Fixed a messaging problem with drawing Arcane mana from other rooms.
4: Tiny messaging fix in general PERC.

#3 may have unintended consequences, which is why I'm bringing it up. If you notice something odder than usual with how adjacent mana is working, please let me know.

This is currently live in Platinum and Prime. It will go live in Fallen in a few days barring any additional problems.
