ABAN and SLS are the two spells in contention for "Most sickeningly over powered" in 3.0, with ABAN easily winning the crown for "most over budget". We've made some adjustments and will continue to do so in the test realm. This makes further comparisons under 3.0 fairly meaningless. None of this is new information and all of it has been stated multiple times in multiple threads.
