The list I laid out, minus the Sorcery and Targeting Foci. We're already past a brutally defined minimum requirement for release -- the magic system works and over 50% of spells could theoretically be shoveled into release state now. But without the additional work it'd be experienced as an unbearably clumsy and unrewarding release.
