Short of liches, who are defined as self-sustaining undead, the undead are fragile creatures. They have no soul and a mind that is now completely dependent on the body. When the body decays, there's nowhere left for the personality to go. The End.

Resurrection of an undead minion isn't resurrection in any true sense, but rather rebuilding the puppet from its discarded parts. Over and over again she went out, and you gave her an inescapable, obliterative death. Over and over again Lyras made a new Klusar from the remains and sent her personality out to be annhilated.

Then Lyras grew bored with the toy and decided not to build another one. There was nothing in the undead corpse to save, and nothing left to move on. Such is the way of things.
