...then there is a new NPC who may be of interest to you. You will find Timekeeper Raerethrew, a peculiar fellow, wandering around southwest Crossing. He will exchange your quest medals for a prize: a self-casting magical device (usually a wand, but something else in this case) with the new Temporal Eddy spell. You may have glimpsed Temporal Eddy on the recent invasion creatures. This device has unlimited charges and a 24-hour cooldown and becomes bonded to the character who receives it from Raerethrew. A word of caution: Unlike most magical devices, Feral Energy devices like this one are capable of sorcerous backlash, though it can be mitigated by the Arcana skill. We hope you enjoyed the quests!
