That's sort of true - Different spells have different semantics. The main thing, though, is that SOI just affects the quality of your cast, NOT how much you can be bonused. If evasion is out of your SOI and somebody (with evasion in their SOI) casts an evasion buff on you, you'll get the full benefit of their SOI, since they did the casting. | |
