Not that it really helps, but the disease in this case was probably due to parasites (bloodworms) rather than the bleeding. That's why it seemed faster than normal -- unlike bleeders, parasites aren't on a timer that allows a grace period. Gangrene from bleeding alone won't even start giving chances of gangrene until 10 minutes from the start of the bleeding, give or take a minute due to randoms. - GM Dartenian | |
