Once it's completed, Necromancing around Throne City will get you in just as much hot water as any town. People who have kept up with the events will not be surprised that no matter how shady and unethical Moon Mages are (and they are shady and unethical), they have just as good of reasons as the priests for wanting to see Necromancers die. The spell library itself is an entirely different topic, since Fleintoore and his staff are sympathetic to Necromancers. Even then, Fleintoore is likely to equate an excessively public (Perverse) Necromancer with irredeemable stupidity and send him packing. -Armifer
