At AC's actual cap, yes it will pretty much be able to reflect/disperse even a maxed out TM spell. But of course it always does the same damage to the caster's TM, so that's a pretty big drawback. Prior to reaching the cap in AC, max Integrity of any TM spells will be the most likely to beat AC. Also, the next batch of updates will have AC pulse a little faster, so the cost of trying to maintain AC at the high end for more than short durations may prove difficult.
