Bard Magic Updates for Aether Wolves and Caress of the Sun! · on 02/20/2023 23:14	354
Bard Magic Changes! Two Bard cyclic spells, Aether Wolves (AEWO) and Caress of the Sun (CARE), are cyclic no more. They are now single-cast spells and the changes will soon be in all live instances. Aether Wolves is now castable at any targeted foe and will cost 2 spell slots, since it no longer has the spell slot reduction benefit that it previously had as a cyclic spell. Caress of the Sun is now a spell that a Bard can share the effect of if they choose to CAST when grouped with others, CAST GROUP, or CAST AREA and have the appropriate magical feats for it. The drying effect is no longer pulse to group, so beneficiaries of Caress of the Sun no longer need to stay in the Bard's group. Caress of the Sun remains a 0 slot intro spell.
