Made some changes to dances tonight due to concentration update.


1) Increased evasion bonus granted by Swan. This should make the dance a bit more worthwhile at all levels.

2) Removed the reduction of IF from Swan. It will only drain IF when you start the dance.

3) Removed the reduction of IF from Cobra. It will only drain IF when you start the dance.

4) Lessened the minimum IF required to start Dragon Dance

5) Increased the minimum bonus for all dances.

6) Moderate to significant (depending on your circle) increase to upper limit on bonuses for the following dances: Swan, Cobra, Badger, Eagle, Bear.

7) Slight increase to upper limit on bonuses for the following dances: Panther, Wolverine, Dragon.
