A samite fabric woven from plumette fibers with a satiny finish. Very rich fabric and suitable for clothing as well as upholstery and wall coverings.
Common Description
Spun platinum threads are woven with plumette fibers to create a luxuriously rich and heavy fabric with a polished satin finish. The secret process that produces the fibers combines with the metallic threads of the weft to give a sheen to the fabric that creates the illusion of a peacock feather's eye that appears to shimmer atop the textile.
Alteration Rules
This material is required for alterations.
No plumette textile can be turned into embroidery threads.
