Oizys is a tattoo alterer who first provided services at Hollow Eve Festival 436.
Appearance
You see Oizys, a Merelew.
She has black-limned lagoon blue eyes, and a small, flat nose. She is bald, except for four pitch black dreadlocks that originate at the center of her scalp and are worn to the left. The sharply-pointed ears, which nearly obfuscate small gills on her neck, are pierced with a wrapped hoop consisting of seven coralite rings along both ridges. The metallic gold-hued scales that cover her body from head to toe have been tattooed with an infinitesimal repeating pattern of black-inked flames all along her right arm and hand, while her head has been adorned with tight spiral pattern that resembles a mollusk shell. Her long fingers are slightly webbed, and each web is tattooed with thin rainbow-hued lines.
She is a bit below average height for a Merelew.
She appears to be a young adult.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a snug cinnamon-hued seasilk bandeau that covers the shoulders and wraps crisscross around the chest and a pair of low-slung black sharkskin breeches.

- She has a tattoo of a grandmotherly-looking stout teapot brandishing a sword in one hand leading a dappled donkey in the other. Astride the donkey a smiling chipped teacup looks as proud as it can, at the quarry behind its mount - an angry looking chain-wrapped troll. Beneath the troll an unfurled banner in gold reads ~No I.O.U~ on her shoulder.
- Her back has a tattoo of an intricate knotwork mandala that begins centered between her shoulder blades and stretches outwards in a complex spiral of interwoven lines depicting the life cycle of an apple tree as it traverses the contours of her spine. The upper section of entangled branches shows spring and summer growth with pallid blooms and bright green leaves, while the lower boughs represent autumnal foliage and winter-bare limbs. Nestled within the scarlet and saffron-hued fall leaves are small gold-tinged apples.
- He has a tattoo of enlightened geometric patterns forming ruby and azure webs from knuckle to elbow on his right arm, each line in opposition to the matching web on his left arm truncating on his left wrist.
- He has a tattoo of a black lotus surrounded by sparkling metallic-infused silver ink. Centered within the lotus is the deep blue all-seeing eye of Dergati on his forehead.
- He has a tattoo of the words ~Reshalian Prison System~ in faded ink above the numbers 06-93-005 on his neck.
