You say, "Okay, I think we can probably get started! First, thank you all for joining me here this evening."

Betlind looks at you and lets out a hearty cheer on your behalf!

Tirost smiles at you.

Ryeka looks at you and lets out a hearty cheer on your behalf!

Raising her Compact cocktail to you, Illiya gives you a toast. Cheers!

Raising his amber apple brandy to you, Tirost gives you a toast. Cheers!

Crobin leans back against Leayne with a loving smile.

Valynn smiles at you.

Leayne dimples at you.

Penderrin nods politely.

Anuril smiles.

You say, "As I'm sure you're all aware, the conflict between the Immortals and the Heralds finally came to a head recently, resulting in the defeat of the Heralds, the return of the stars above, seemingly bringing magic back to a stable system, and apparently empowering the Immortals in some way."

Ryeka nods.

You say, "There was not much time to share information, but shortly before things came to a head, there were a number of visions that became available to moon mages searching the web of fate."

Ryeka nods to you.

You say, "All of them came along with a number of chaotic, but similar sensations, that seem to indicate a shared link between the visions. In a number of cases, they were quite clearly related to the events that would soon follow. In some cases, a bit less so, but still plausibly related."

Ryeka nods.

Leayne ponders.

Ayrell smiles at Ezerak.

Tirost frowns.

You say, "Rather than include it with each individual vision, I'll start by discussing the sensations that accompanied each one of them, and how it felt."

Ryeka nods to you.

You clear your throat.

You say, "Chaos! Storms churned and trees withered and mountains collapsed and mold crept and stars erupted and a child wept and a scorpion stung and a blade was drawn across flesh and I could not breathe, I could not breathe, it was too much..."

Ryeka frowns.

Leayne frowns.

You say, "And then out of that overwhelming deluge of sensations, different visions would arise."

Ryeka nods.

Tirost gazes thoughtfully at you.

You say, "As for the individual visions, there are more of them to discuss than we would usually cover, but I think a number of them were also easier to interpret than in many cases..."

You turn a page in your astronomer's journal.

You say, "I sat at the foot of the Three, and They towered above me, towered beyond me, and suddenly I felt Them, Their might, Their fury, and They drew massive swords in Their perfect hands with Their lacquered nails. They swung Their blades, the sea, the flame, and the stars falling towards me, and I cowered, forgetting Their faces, but not Their fury, and I began to scream. The vision faded."

Ryeka frowns.

You say, "That one, I think, is rather straightforward."

Ryeka nods in agreement.

Tirost nods to you.

Terlockin nods.

Betlind nods.

Leayne frowns.

Valynn says, "Still unsettling."

You say, "Oh, and on that note... Once I've gone over the visions, I think we can open the floor a bit to overall discuss the events of that night."

Ryeka exclaims, "Very!"

Penderrin scowls to himself.

You say, "The next vision..."

You say, "I saw a pottery workshop, the walls vibrating so hard the urns, vases, bowls, and sculptures along the shelving clattered to the ground into a pile of broken shards. A man had retreated to a far corner, and was grimacing as he shielded his face. At the center of the workshop, a large pottery wheel was spinning, faster and faster, precessing in a furious circle, flinging sparks and stone in all directions. The wheel spun faster and faster, and the vision faded."

Ruea tilts her head inquisitively.

Ryeka blinks.

Kethrai angles his ears forward in curiosity.

Leayne ponders.

You say, "There have been a number of visions of crafts people... it would seem that they were in some way linked to these events. And the danger certainly came to a head not long after that vision."

Ryeka nods.

Leayne leans back.

Tirost asks you, "The wheel is a tool of art, creation, that has gone beyond the intentions of the one who set it in motion?"

You say, "Of the various participants in these events, there's probably arguments to be made for any of them being represented by aspects of these visions, which does make things a little tricky."

You grin wryly.

Kethrai nods at you, obviously agreeing with your views.

Ruea nods.

You say, "The next is another vision that, if it hadn't come together with these other ones, and the same chaotic sensations, might be harder to tie to these events..."

You say, "Standing before a mirror, I, not surprisingly, saw myself. I looked tired. I puffed my cheeks out and made a funny face. I looked really tired. I sighed, and stretched my arms upward, feeling the tightness in my back and shoulders release slightly. My reflection tilted his head slightly, and squinted at me in curiosity. Eyes wide, my reflection suddenly pounded on the mirror, and pointed behind me! The vision faded."

Ryeka blinks.

Karthor raises an eyebrow.

Leayne gasps!

Valynn ponders.

You say, "There was certainly plenty of danger to point out, at least."

Zehira says to Vashner in a cultured accent, "That's how I feel every morning before I put my face on."

Vashner chortles softly at some secret joke.

Ryeka grins at Zehira, her dimples flashing into view.

Tirost frowns swirling his brandy.

Kethrai says, "But being warned of danger by your reflection...? Strange one."

Ryeka nods in agreement.

Leayne nods to Kethrai.

Crobin asks, "Better then it laughing when naked?"

Ryeka grins, revealing her dimples.

Tirost chuckles.

Crobin shrugs.

Leayne gives Crobin a gentle poke in the ribs.

Crobin makes a grunting noise.

Morress shrugs.

You say, "Yes. I'm not sure exactly what it might mean... but I was also not able to see everything that was accomplished that night. Groups did get rather split up, and there was a lot of work to finally make it up to the spot of the final battle."

Ryeka nods to you.

Leayne softly says, "Frustrating all around."

You turn a page in your astronomer's journal.

Penderrin gazes down at the floor.

You say, "In the next vision..."

You say, "The woman in a wide brimmed hat was lighting a cigarillo, her face covered. She exhaled a plume of smoke, and looked up, her cataract eyes looking directly at me. A look of bemused indifference crossed her face, and she smiled a peculiarly charming half smile."

You say, ""Whelp, I might be out of a job," she said with a shrug. "I admit I've mixed feelings about this."

You say, "The vision faded."

Ryeka blinks.

Vashner ponders.

Karthor scratches his head.

Leayne shakes her head.

You say, "That one, in context, was rather concerning."

Tirost runs his fingers through his hair.

Ryeka exclaims, "None of the 39, that is certain!"

Tirost says to you, "She's been in many visions..."

You say, "Her possibly being out of a job potentially meaning that there was no longer any major destruction left to worry about, because everything she's interested in was already destroyed."

Ryeka ponders.

Kethrai brushes one ear with his hand, grooming it absentmindedly.

Illiya ponders.

Elizzibiana gnaws lightly on her lower lip, as if lost in thought. The razor-sharp tip of one of her fangs breaks the skin and causes a tiny bead of blood to appear. Almost absent-mindedly, she catches it with the tip of her tongue.

You say, "We still don't know who she actually is, but destructive events do seem to be her area of interest."

Leayne shudders.

Kethrai says, "The other notable thing that changed was Urrem'tier's portfolio expanding."

Zehira frowns at Vashner.

Vashner looks thoughtfully at Zehira.

Ryeka ponders.

Zehira shakes her head.

Leayne peers quizzically at Kethrai.

Kethrai says, "To cover the full cycle of death and rebirth, rather than just death. It didn't sound like that part of the portfolio was taken from any of the other of the Thirteen."

Vashner casually observes the area.

Ryeka nods to Kethrai.

You say, "True, that could put someone out of a job."

Ryeka says, "That sounds more like something the Prydaen gods would do."

Kethrai says, "Maybe the cigarillo-woman had something to do with what happens between death and rebirth or the Spiral."

Tirost says, "Or she followed or served the three Heralds who are no more."

Ryeka nods.

You say, "I don't think I've seen a great deal of rebirth in the visions with her... but that *would* require some sort of destruction, first."

Kethrai asks Tirost, "Not much to feel mixed about, in that case?"

Kethrai looks at Tirost and shrugs.

Tirost says to Kethrai, "Depends on how she felt about whatever role she played."

Tirost says, "She knew of Liraxes as well, as I recall."

Kethrai nods to Tirost.

You nod to Tirost.

Vashner grins at Zehira.

You say, "A different woman featured in the next vision..."

You turn a page in your astronomer's journal.

You say, "I saw it, I saw it all, the city on the cliff and its battlements atop the endless wall, its weapons facing the ocean. A tall slender woman with pearl-white skin and coal-black hair touched my shoulder, a trickle of golden blood pouring from her nose and eyes."

You say, ""We fight," she said, "Help Us." and the vision faded."

Ryeka blinks.

Leayne blinks.

Anuril takes a sip of his brandy.

You say, "Given the situation, presumably one of the Immortals... Though I'm not sure which one."

Kethrai says, "Sounds physically like Eylhaar."

Ayrell nods to Kethrai.

Ryeka nods to Kethrai.

You nod.

You say, "Not surprising that it was apparently tough on her. The Immortals clearly had a struggle in the battle."

Valynn nods at you, obviously agreeing with your views.

You say, "The next vision is another less obvious one."

You say, "Thunder rumbled, and a heavy rain began to fall. The rain increased to a deluge, but quickly slacked to a drizzle. The clouds cleared, and the spears of sunlight danced across the light shower. A brilliant rainbow stretched across the sky, but as I looked, the colors began to run, blurring together. I developed a headache, and the vision faded."

Ryeka ponders.

You say, "Potentially something to do with the mixing of mana types."

Ryeka says, "Unaka described similar visions."

Tirost glances at Ryeka.

You say to Ryeka, "Anything in particular? I was not there to hear her."

Ryeka says, "There were several visions that Unaka saw describing rainbows, and rainbow-colored waterfalls."

Ryeka says, "And it seemed to be related to different kinds of mana."

You nod.

You say, "It seems likely to be related to the same subject as her visions, then."

Ryeka says, "She also described weavers weaving different colored threads- same thing."

Ryeka nods to you.

Leayne softly says, "Crafts again."

Ryeka nods to Leayne.

Leayne grins at Crobin, her dimples flashing into view.

You say, "The next vision would be concerning in general, but particularly concerning in the lead up to the battle..."

You turn a page in your astronomer's journal.

You say, "A bumblebee flitted across my field of view, and I turned to see a field of flowers, busily visited by a swarm of bees. The sun shone merrily, and a gentle breeze carried the scent of lilac. A hawk called far above, drifting on thermals. A familiar-looking river burbled in the distance. Nearby, an ancient signpost rotted under the sunlight, its metal rusted to dust, its timber warped by the elements. I was barely able to make out the letters "-ossing". The vision faded."

Anuril snorts, loudly.

Ryeka smiles, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Anuril looks at Kethrai, obviously trying not to grin.

Leayne frowns.

You say, "Not the first vision of Crossing being wiped off the map, though, and probably not the last."

You take a sip of the brandy.

Ryeka nods.

Karthor says in a Haakish accent, "At least that time nature got to thrive afterward."

Karthor chuckles.

You nod to Karthor.

Tirost nods to Karthor.

Kethrai nods at Karthor, obviously agreeing with his views.

Leayne smiles at Karthor, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Ryeka exclaims, "Crossing's still there. The Heralds, I think, weren't pleased!"

Tirost says, "And the notion that a world will exist long after the Crossing is reassuring given all that's happened."

Karthor nods in agreement.

Ryeka winks at Tirost.

You say, "The next vision..."

You turn a page in your astronomer's journal.

You say, "A bell was rung, echoing across the land, carrying a strong wind. The trees stirred and swayed, and I found myself staring at the horizon in the direction of the resonant chime. The bell rang forth again and the air went dry. The bell rang forth again and the sun dimmed. The bell rang forth again and I fell to the ground, and the vision faded."

Ryeka blinks.

Karthor scratches his head.

You say, "A bit more abstract, again. Could potentially relate to the attacks which struck the Crossing Temple defenses, but that was not specifically four attacks."

You say, "And then the last two are more easily interpreted, with the information we have available to us."

You turn a page in your astronomer's journal.

Ryeka ponders.

You say, "I saw a stampede of animals led by a massive ox, the ground shaking with Their approach. They kicked up a cloud of dust in Their wake, strung with stars. As They thundered forward, the ox bellowed in challenge, and the vision faded."

Ryeka grins, revealing her dimples.

Tirost smiles.

Ryeka exclaims, "The Immortals!"

You say, "I think everyone who was there clearly saw the Immortals charging forth."

You nod.

Tirost nods to you.

Ruea leans on Ayrell.

You say, "And then the remaining vision..."

You say, "A large boulder stood before me, and I hit it, hard, with a hammer and chisel. The boulder cracked open, revealing a gorgeous purple crystal structure, jagged quartz and amethyst, swirled agate and iridescent opal. The crystals began to shift, melting and reforming, bristling and expanding, and after a moment, the boulder was nothing more than an empty rock shell, and a strange puddle of shifting crystal surrounded me. The crystal shot upward, and the sky exploded with violence. The vision faded."

Tirost quietly says to Nawain, "You're late."

Leayne softly says, "My head is going to explode with all this."

Tirost grins at Nawain.

Crobin rubs Leayne gently, massaging her muscles.

Ryeka blinks.

Crobin says, "I would prefer it didn't love."

You say, "That seems to me to be clearly related to Liraxes's machine, and the sorcerous attack it unleashed."

Nawain quietly says to Tirost in a Rakash accent, "I'm sorry! Was helping at the Temple."

Ryeka nods.

Karthor nods to you.

Ryeka pats Leayne on the back.

Vashner nods.

Tirost mutters something into the air about the Temple asking for more.

Casari asks, "Any sign of secondary effects from the machine? Lingering extraplanar things?"

Jaelia gazes at Tirost.

Tirost quietly says to Nawain, "Glad you made it."

Nawain nods to Tirost.

You say, "From my vantage point, it seemed to collapse to sand afterwards, and I've heard reports that there's no trace of it left. Physically, at least."

Jaelia snickers.

Vashner nods to Zehira.

You say, "It might be worth keeping an eye on the area it was located."

Tirost quietly says to Jaelia, "You too, Jaelia."

Jaelia grins at Tirost.

Leayne nods.

Casari says, "If there wasn't another agenda, consider me surprised."

Ryeka nods to you.

Tirost smiles at Jaelia.

Ryeka says, "I may know someone who can keep an eye on the spot."

Kethrai says to Casari, "Liraxes did say its goal was to return us to a previously-existing equilibrium, but we seem to be entering a time now unlike any that's ever been in the world."

Casari nods in agreement.

Leayne nods to Kethrai.

You say, "And so, we come to the subject all of these seemed to revolve around... the battle between the Heralds and the Immortals, in which we- well, many of us, were able to help bring down the Heralds with power lent by the Immortals."

Ryeka smiles, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Leayne smiles at Crobin, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

You say, "It was certainly chaotic, with all of the drakes and deadly environments. Does anyone have any questions, or want to share their thoughts? And others can feel free to help answer as well. I definitely do not have a full grasp of the events, though I think I was able to gather a fair bit of what was going on around me."

Tirost whispers something to Jaelia.

Leayne looks at you and lets out a hearty cheer on your behalf!

Casari says, "It was remarkable how, at least to my perception, they were so similar to the stories."

Ezerak nods at you, obviously agreeing with your views.

Penderrin stands up.

Penderrin sternly says, "If i may..."

Kethrai angles his ears forward, gazing curiously at Penderrin.

Penderrin sternly says, "I don't pretend to know Their will."

Ruea raises an eyebrow.

Crobin shifts his weight.

Ryeka says, "Well- I imagine with all the magic and raw power turned loose, we would do well to keep extra favors."

Nawain gazes at Penderrin.

Ryeka smiles wryly.

Penderrin sternly says, "But after the events, us getting sucked into the rift.....the Immortals need us, as much as we need them. That is well established."

Valynn gazes thoughtfully at Penderrin.

Ryeka nods to Penderrin.

Penderrin sternly says, "How that relationship develops, we will see."

Jaelia says, "If at best your faith is only a two way transactional relationship, its not so bad of a relationship. There are certainly pacts and service to other divine and demonic creatures that are far worse. I still think we are on the better side of those."

Penderrin nods at Jaelia, obviously agreeing with her views.

Leayne nods to Crobin.

Tirost says, "I must take my leave. Thank you, Miskton."

You say, "I think we are also extremely lucky that when the Heralds lashed out in the fight, most of their power seems to have gone to corners of Elanthia beyond Kermoria. From that high vantage point we had, the destruction was breathtaking."

Tirost bows to you.

You nod politely to Tirost.

Ryeka exclaims, "Safe travels!"

Nawain nods to you.

Tirost waves.

Ryeka smiles, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Karthor says to you in a Haakish accent, "Quite. I kept wonderin' how long the platform'd last, but then after seein' that I was glad to still be up there."

Nawain says in a Rakash accent, "Feel like we need to check the out of way places. The coastlines crumbled, the forests burned, volcanos cracked open..."

You say, "Whole mountains were ripped from the ground and thrown into the sky."

Nawain nods.

Jaelia nods at Nawain, obviously agreeing with her views.

Casari says, "I didn't see how bad it was when all was said and done, though... Berengaria did speak that they were trying to heal Elanthia, whether or not it was meant in that way."

Ryeka nods.

You say, "Yes, perhaps some of the damage was repaired. Hard to tell, once we lost that vantage point on high."

Penderrin nods.

Kethrai says, "It seemed as if that was part of what they used the consumed energy from the Heralds for. Healing Meraud, healing the damage to the world, and... whatever else it will serve to do."

Leayne softly asks, "Were the visons of present time or future?"

Penderrin grins.

Penderrin sternly says to Leayne, "Does it really matter? Over 400 years of history, and there's one constant - we endure."

You say, "The visions seemed to be of the near future, though they are still now echoing through the web of fate."

Ryeka nods to you.

Leayne shrugs.

Leayne nods to you.

Penderrin sternly says to Leayne, "At least i tell myself that to sleep at night."

Penderrin snickers.

Leayne nods to Penderrin.

Anuril says, "In absorbing the power of the heralds the immortals tipped their hand and revealed their original, and ultimate, goal: to usurp the heralds and steal their power. It is telling that they did not share any of this power with the rakash or prydaen pantheon, who along with their followers were merely the pawns of the thirteen. Now the distance between the thirteen and those other pantheons is increased, and the lesser are even more at the mercy of the greater. Who is to say the immortals will not kill and devour those other gods if it be convenient or desirable."

Anuril takes a sip of his brandy.

Kethrai looks thoughtfully at Anuril.

Penderrin frowns.

Jaelia asks Anuril, "How do you not know that with the expanion of death and rebirth, the Immortals have not embraced reincarnation as an option like the Prydaen Pantheons?"

Leayne peers quizzically at Anuril.

Valynn gazes at Anuril.

Valynn ponders.

Jaelia says, "We don't really know that exactly."

Kethrai says, "Well, we certainly did not see any of the Prydaen or Rakash gods present at the end when the energy of the Heralds was being doled out."

Anuril says, "I am sure the immortals will subvert the wheel, should it suit them."

Anuril says, "They are unconstrained, now."

Jaelia says, "Actually I see the opposite, with the convergence of death and rebirth, I see a lot of potential change and study and things to be theorized and studied. But we don't really know at this point."

Ruea raises an eyebrow.

Casari says, "I am not yet convinced that what he says is wrong."

Anuril takes a sip of his brandy.

Leayne nods to Jaelia.

Valynn nods to Casari.

Jaelia says, "I'm not either, but with an Immortals domain expanding to include death and rebirth, I Immediately thought of Tenemlor, and the Immortals have fought alongside the Rakash and Prydaen patheons in the past. I wouldn't assume there is a challgene or destruction there."

Ryeka nods to Jaelia.

You say, "On a brighter subject, for those not aware... Guild leader Tiv also assisted, providing transportation for large groups of adventurers during the conflict. I am glad that it seems he has recovered enough to do that."

Ryeka gets an impish expression on her face, and lets out a hearty cheer.

Penderrin sternly says, "If anything, the waves of Kermoria's people using the power of the Immortals against their enemies should give the Immortals pause - the same could be done to them."

Allye nods at you, obviously agreeing with your views.

Ryeka rubs her nose.

Anuril takes a sip of his brandy.

Anuril says, "The vela'tohr tree was very nice."

Ryeka exclaims, "I should seek rest. It was great seeing all of you- without drakes trying to fry us!"

Ryeka grins, revealing her dimples.

Ryeka nods.

Valynn gives Anuril a wry grin.

You say, "A number of other guild leaders and Zoluren officials also stepped up to defend people."

Leayne nods to Crobin.

Illiya waves to Ryeka.

Ryeka smiles, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Penderrin nods at you, obviously agreeing with your views.

You say, "And guild leader Agonar led an assault against the null prison. Which resulted in the rescue of... some of the occupants."

Betlind gives a slight nod.

You say, "Others, the Heralds apparently ejected into the sky."

A pained expression crosses Nawain's face.

Leayne softly asks, "Prisoners?"

You say, "It sounded like Annael was taking the lead on trying to tend to the surviving prisoners, so perhaps there will be more to learn from them, once they've recovered."

Nawain nods in agreement.

Leayne nods.

Kethrai quirks his ears outward in surprise.

Casari glances at Ayrell.

Ezerak rubs Ayrell's back.

You say to Leayne, "When those of us captured by the Heralds were rescued, it was seen that there were many other prisoners, but it seems there was no time to rescue them at that juncture."

Ayrell gazes into the distance, her eyes unfocused, dissociated. After a moment, she blinks, suppressing a grimace while shaking her head as if to clear it. Subtly composing herself, she releases a tremulous breath, her attention once again returning to the world around her.

Ruea glances at Ayrell.

Leayne nods to you.

Crobin nods.

Ruea whispers something to Ayrell.

Anuril observes Ayrell with fascination.

Ayrell nods to Ruea.

You rub your neck.

Kethrai gazes at Ayrell with a sympathetic look on his face.

Casari says to you, "I suppose we'll be able to identify them easily enough."

Illiya looks with concern at Ayrell.

Illiya looks with concern at you.

You ask, "Anyway! I'm sure people will be continuing to talk about this for some time, but is there anything else people would like to discuss before we bring this to a close?"

Casari says, "Just the tragedy that was Asildu's death. I think he was only there because he was so depressed about what he had done and how others regarded him."

Casari says, "At least his soul was saved."

Illiya says, "I think he would have been there anyway, he wanted to oppose the Heralds after what they had done."

Leayne nods to Illiya.

Jaelia says to Casari, "He seemd to have found comfort with Meraud while in the High Temple walking among the altars."

Valynn hugs Illiya, getting a smile in return.

Casari asks, "With a clearer head, he'd probably have gone about it differently, though. Wouldn't he?"

Illiya hugs Valynn, getting a smile in return.

Penderrin kneels.

Penderrin stands up.

Penderrin winces.

Valynn grins.

Illiya asks, "Who knows if he would have survived it either way. It didn't look like Unaka survived... did she?"

Penderrin takes a sip of his cocktail.

Anuril says, "Unaka got the Jeihrem special."

Leayne smiles at Crobin, revealing the dimples in her cheeks.

Kethrai jabs an elbow into Anuril's ribs. The honeymoon must be over.

Anuril coughs.

You say, "The attack she took certainly looked fatal, but I don't recall sensing her walking the Starry Road."

Anuril mutters something into the air about boots.

Jaelia gazes intently into her sanowret crystal, and scintillating sparks of light dance across its surface.

Casari says, "We'll know her fate by the fiscal state of bakeries everywhere."

Illiya nods to you.

Nawain says in a Rakash accent, "I don't think so. She was crushed. But I didn't see her soul pass."

Ruea says in a lilting accent, "No mortal could withdstand what the Heralds did to her. It's a nice thought but realistically if she did survive she would have died from her wounds quickly."

Ruea chuckles at Casari.

Elizzibiana says in an archaic accent, "Didnt see her name in the stars like that, but not sure."

Illiya says, "Not seeing her walk the starry road made me hopeful that perhaps she had survived somehow."

Kethrai says, "I think the combat we were seeing was also just a sort of... physical interpretation our minds gave us of a metaphysical battle going on."

You say to Kethrai, "That is quite plausible."

Elizzibiana says in an archaic accent, "Only one I saw walk was Asildu."

Elizzibiana shrugs.

Casari says to Kethrai, "That's what I wondered. Either the stories shaped what we saw, or indeed they have been quite literal all along."

Kethrai says, "Whatever happened to Unaka, I doubt it was as simple as being crushed. If that were the case we could have her up and about in a moment."

Ezerak nods at Kethrai, obviously agreeing with his views.

You say, "I think much of what we saw in the sky up until that point was not a purely physical thing, either."

Illiya nods to you.

Ruea says in a lilting accent, "I didn't see anyone walk, I was busy trying to stay alive, so it's possible we all missed it."

Kethrai quietly says, "I hesitate to suggest it, but we may not have seen her soul depart for the Starry Road because her soul no longer existed to make the journey."

Ruea nods at Kethrai, obviously agreeing with his views.

Illiya blinks at Kethrai.

Nawain firmly says in a Rakash accent, "She's with Truffenyi. She must be."

Leayne ponders.

Casari says, "Could also be that she was whisked off to serve her ox for eternity."

Ezerak says, "They're so foreign to us that we cannot remember what they look like after looking at them. I imagine what we saw was the way our minds interpreted seeing something we couldn't possibly fathom."

Kethrai says, "She seemed to have a sense before the battle that we wouldn't be seeing her again."

Anuril nods to Ezerak.

Anuril nods to Kethrai.

Casari says, "Try offering a cupcake at an altar to Truffenyi and we might find out."

Jaelia says, "It is normal to hold vigils and ceremonies of rememberance for those with great impacts who fall in battles like these."

Illiya nods.

Illiya says, "We should do so."

Jaelia says, "Even if she was somehow absorbed temporarily in whatever state by the Heralds, the Immortals absorbed the Heralds. Symbolically putting things to rest, however, as a community, does honor and ease with that transition."

You say, "That does sound like a fine idea."

Penderrin gazes at a finely polished knight's memorial chain.

You say, "And with that, I think I'll bring things to a close here. Thank you all for coming and sharing your thoughts this evening."

You smile.

Jaelia nods.

You carefully mark your place and close your astronomer's journal, securing the clasp.
