As the hammer-shaped light silently explodes, you could swear you hear a voice whisper the word "Justice".

Small gardens grow on both sides of the road.  Fenced about with low stone walls and hedges, they belong to the Empath Guild and hospital to the south.  Many rare and potent herbs and plants can be found here for use in healing.  Northwards, the town wall and the Gate of Nobles rise.  Nearby, a small shop sells clerical goods.  You also see a simple sign hanging from the front of the shop.

The beam cooks away the head's flesh and blackens bone!
A panicked scream pierces the air.  "Murderer!"  You notice the nearby citizen staring at Serchah briefly, before most quickly run off in fear.
"Stop right there!"  The shout reverberates through the area as the Warden charges towards Serchah.  "You're under arrest!"
Serchah seems to be in shock as the Warden binds his hands and he is led off.
The Warden returns afterwards, looking around sternly as if to showcase the fate of all lawbreakers.
 * Marsais is slain before your eyes!
The shimmering globe of blue fire surrounding Marsais suddenly extinguishes.
Marsais's cage of shadows shatters, the fragments dissipating as they fall away.
