[Silvermist Estate, Lake Serenity]
Sunlight dances over the surface of the lake like the facets of a glowing sunstone. The cool water laps against the shore in a soothing repetitive rhythm that engenders serenity. Unseen currents create eddies and the occasional bubble that gently stirs the surface. A series of worn riverstone slabs create an elegant walkway canopied with delicately sculpted arches leading towards several ornate goldenoak lady's couches curtained by silken weeping willow branches draped in billowing opalescent Elven silk. A myriad of luxurious cushions have been strewn across the couches to provide additional comfort. Across the lake, the distant arches and platforms of the Silvermist family home can be seen curling around the trees. A silvery mist rises up to hide the uppermost levels of the platforms amid the sana'ati and mistwood forest on the opposite shore of the lake. A small sana'ati wood dock provides a mooring for the Elven skiff afloat on the surface of the lake. You also see a graceful sana'ati gate carved with elegant ivy vines and a simple swing hanging from an Ilithi peach tree and a winding path paved with goldstone bricks. Obvious paths: none.

[Silvermist Estate, Mine]
Arranged around a series of frequently trodden tunnels that lead off in different directions, mine carts rest on expertly maintained rails, each overflowing with volumes of raw ore and rough cut stones. Near the goldstone path leading out of the mine is a small wash basin that boasts a jug, along with a stack of clean towels. Showcasing a collection of masterfully crafted weapons and armor of Elven and Prydaen design, an understated dragonwood display case takes advantage of one of the many gaethzen lanterns overhead. The glowing central forge is surrounded by stacks of hammered uthamar sorting trays, each laden with rarities such as faceted ice and twilight sapphires, polished thealstones and brilliant-cut cloudstones. An expansive dragonwood archway etched with Elven ivy leaves and surmounted by a moonsilver Silvermist family crest leads into a nearby chamber. You also see a grindstone, a granite crucible, an ingot cutter, a slack tub filled with water, a pile of fuel and an iron anvil.. Obvious paths: none.

[Silvermist Estate, Meeting Chamber]
Smoothly hewn, the walls exhibit a timeless display of fine craftsmanship. An expansive mural depicting the Sana'ati Dyaus and the village that grew around it covers the stone. Hanging across the exit, an exquisite fae-woven silk tapestry shows Leth Deriel filled with tents and other temporary housing to display more recent history, while a towering silversteel vault pierces the heavy stone nearby. Dominating the space, a massive dragonwood table etched with a map of Elanthia is surrounded by graceful sana'ati chairs, each of which bears a luminous dreamstone moonflower cradling a rivertear dew drop encased by tyrium flames that form the Silvermist family crest. Obvious exits: none..

LOOK at table:
Long and wide enough to take up nearly the entire room, the table's edges are cut roughly, but the surface is smooth and polished with time and use. Each Elanthian province is clearly detailed, etched deeply into the dark wood and limned with thealstone, while a flowing inscription encircles the spacious design. Collections of moonsilver figures, each carefully carved with a symbol of a royal or ruling house, oppose each other at various borders, with a small basket containing spare forces resting nearby

[Silvermist Estate, Family Home]
Amidst the sana'ati and mistwood trees, a series of platforms and arches creates a myriad of rooms and meeting spaces for the Silvermist family to conduct business or simply to gather. Parchments and scrolls are piled high enough to block the windows of one such room whilst a seemingly random array of provisions can be seen inside the doorway of another. Near the shores of the lake, an enchanting opalescent felstone retreat rests serenely near the water, positioned to enjoy the spectacular view across the lake. Almost hidden within the forest, a cave appears to have been turned into a mine shaft with various tools and equipment stored nearby. This vast woodland seems to provide a sanctuary for the bustling community of the Silvermist Estate. An occasional ray of sunlight shifts through the leaves to glisten off the walls of the retreat that seems to be the heart of the estate. A central firepit provides a natural gathering place where fellowship and relaxation can be found. You also see a serene retreat with a small sana'ati tree growing in front of it, a central firepit surrounded by a series of luxurious couches and chairs and a low table with a couple of things on it. History

The Silvermist Estate is the ancient home of the House of Silvermist, within the grounds can be found Lake Serenity, an ancient lake with an island upon which the Maidens of Serenity train in the art of meditation and mediation. It is here that Lady Kintalia learnt the skills necessary to become an Ambassador to the Court of Prince Vorclaf. The Elven skiff "Serenity" is utilised to travel from the shore to the island upon the lake. As a personal request Lady Kintalia requested the relocation of an Ilithi peach tree which is her favourite fruit from home. The Estate Holders Council approved the relocation of the tree and special planting along the shoreline of the lake. Kintalia had a tree swing placed on the tree which is also one of her favourite things to do next to the lake.

The Home or "heart" of the Estate is the large forest which houses a number of large sana'ati tree's with numerous platforms where abodes, offices and store rooms can be found amongst other things. The abundance of sana'ati trees allowed for a special trade deal with the Estate Holders Council to craft a limited edition collection of home furnishings with extra storage capacity which were sold to home owners for a limited time including:

Her private residence is an enchanting opalescent felstone retreat located in the heart of the forest near the communal firepit which was placed in remembrance of Prydaen hubs. The firepit has a good supply of sana'ati wood toasting sticks and marshmallows, essentials for a good fireside gathering!. The Silvermist family mine can also be found at the heart of the Silvermist Estate, this mine is rich in rare metals and gems which is where the majority of the Silvermist family wealth originates from, as a result of these vast ores and gems the Silvermist family maintains trade deals to source rare none mineable metals such as Moonsilver, Icesteel and Silversteel which are all favoured by the Lady Kintalia. A dual guard is always vigilant at the gate to the Silvermist Estate to protect the mine as well as the residents of the estate.

The stylized flames of the Bloodspire family crest curl around the moonflower clusters of the Silvermist family crest resting at the heart of the autumnal foliage. Stuffed with a combination of swan and goose feathers to provide comfort and warmth, a subtle blend of dried flowers adds sweet fragrance to the bedding to aide in restful sleep. A tiny label peaks out from the corner.
There appears to be something written on it.
A quilted blanket reads:
"Silvermist."
LOOK at Elven doll on bed:
A detailed Elven doll. The cuddly doll has been crafted in the image of a young Elven woman. She has emerald beads for eyes, very long wavy honey yarn hair that is brushed over the top of her head to hide a receding hairline, and translucent cloth skin.
There appears to be something written on it. A silk tag attached to the doll reads, "Kintalia."
LOOK at Prydaen doll on bed:
The cuddly doll has been crafted in the image of a young Prydaen man. He has cat-slitted crystal blue beads for eyes, a long straight brown yarn mane that is loose, and brown fur with a white belly.

LOOK under bed:
Under the sana'ati bed you see a small plump snow-white flower spider and a cocoon woven from shimmering pearlescent spider web strands. The spider is flattened in shape with the forelegs longer than those in the rear. It holds them wide, its crablike posture allowing it to scuttle sideways, forwards or backward at will, or to snatch up its prey after having lain in wait camouflaged amongst a flower's petals. It stares up at you curiously. It is a small plump snow-white flower spider.

LOOK on rack:

On the sana'ati rack you see an elegant tyrium nodachi inlaid with lilac moonsilver. Countless layers of the purple alloy have been folded to create a blade of exquisite sharpness and beauty. Glowing with a faint periwinkle light, elaborate Elothean calligraphy flows down the blade, resembling a shesegri pattern. Fine lotusweave binds the dragonwood hilt, forming a criss-crossing pattern in silver and violet.
There appears to be something written on it.
An elegant tyrium nodachi reads:
"Shoana ilet Sibo Dernaka"
LOOK behind rack:
Behind the sana'ati rack you see a balanced tyrium nodachi inlaid with verdant moonsilver, a dragonwood standard with a goldweave banner, a fused arm splint with supple leather straps, a damite throwing blade with a softly glimmering blued moonsilver inlay, an icesteel-bladed fan flaunting frost opal charms, a tyrium-inlaid kertig bastard sword etched with a flaming midnight hued dragon, a glaes bastard sword, some kertig throwing blades with a luminous crimson moonsilver inlay, a kertig dagesse fitted with a pattern welded hilt guard and a kertig rapier featuring an elaborate sungold and moonsilver pommel.

LOOK on bust:

On the sana'ati bust you see an armored lady's hunting robe of fae-woven silk plated in blued moonsilver Elven ivy. Molded to protect a female silhouette, each tyrium-reinforced Elven ivy leaf gilds the protective ice-veined leather bodice, the luminescent silvery-blue metal coalescing to form a resplendent wintery blizzard of ice sapphire dust amidst robes of wispy faeweave. Pure white thealstone dust provides a luminous resplendence atop the layers of eventide foliage. Leaves of tyrium tipped with wintery cloudstone moonflowers secure the billowing Elven lace underobes out of harm's way.
LOOK behind bust:
Behind the sana'ati bust you see some amethyst Imperial weave gloves, an amethyst Imperial weave robe with golden satin epaulets, an amethyst Imperial weave hood, a glistening silversteel hauberk etched with Elven ivy vines, and some violet full plate bearing the crest of House Sorvendig.

LOOK at hauberk behind bust:
Each ring of metal is etched with lifelike flames, with a layer of inferno's heart dust applied to create the impression of the intensely hot core of a radiant fire. Randomly interspersed Elven ivy leaves are applied as if drifting on an errant breeze swirling around an unfurled icesteel moonflower over the wearer's heart. Flame-hued Elven silk provides luxurious padding, its hues beneath the tempered links designed to create the impression of molten lava encased in a layer of translucent frost.
