Suddenly taking on the consistency of quicksilver, it flows out into the form of a fine blade of polished bronze while tendrils of jade quickly enfold themselves around your hand in a web-like pattern, leaving you with a basket-hilted bronze warsword in the palm of your tingling hand.

>l warsword A long and solid blade of polished bronze, ever so slightly curved and weighted towards the point, extends out from an elaborate basket hilt of sinuously carved jade. Jade runic figures have been inlaid on either side of the blade, just forward of the hilt.

>pinch tailband You give the jade tailband in your hand a hard pinch as you focus your will upon it. It becomes suffused with a rich green light, reshaping itself before your eyes into a jade-headed flanged mace secured firmly in your hand.

>l mace Vicious-looking flanges of carved jade top the well-weighted mace over the assembled haft of carved bronze rings. The rough texture of the ringed haft provide an excellent grip and the ornately carved head looks well-suited to the job of delivering damage.

It briefly contracts to half its size, then suddenly explodes out again, extruding out many times past its original size and shape before settling on the form of a jade-guarded bronze claymore in your tingling hand.

>l claymore A magnificent and hefty-looking blade of ruddy bronze draws the eye along the length of the weapon up to a large and intricately carved jade crosspiece guard that separates the blade from the long textured bronze hilt. Intaglio carvings further enhance the jade of the guard, bringing out subtle contrasts in the stone's rich green hue.

>push tailband You center your willpower upon the jade tailband and push at it in just the right way to activate it. A bronze-toned extrusion grows quickly and smoothly down away from your hand until it is the length of a good staff. A long, slim faceted jade blade suddenly snaps out from the head with a clear, bell-like tone, leaving you with a long-bladed jade lance in your tingling hand.

>l lance A long, slim blade of faceted jade tops the length of the lance, its haft made of a hard wood with a grain-like polished bronze. Fitted rings of carved bronze cap either end of the wood, securing the blade at one end and providing a solid cap at the other.

>pull tailband You concentrate your will upon the jade tailband and give it a sharp tug. Beams of greenish light extend out in opposite directions from the tailband, take on a grained appearance, then fold out from themselves again. The ghostly light fades, leaving a jade-toned quarter staff in your tingling hand.

>l staff Made from some strange, light-weight but extremely hard wood with a deep green grain, the quarter staff is balanced to respond quickly to the user's intent. Bronze rings cling tightly around the middle of the staff, centering the weight of the weapon at its pivot point around the best hand grips.
