sleek white gold pendant inlaid with a splendid blood-red diamond
Look: The red diamond is dim.

A fine platinum chain suspends a sleek circular white gold pendant. The highly polished metal circumscribes a large blood-red diamond. The stone has been cut to perfection, accentuating the flawless beauty and depth of the color within. A repeating cryptic sigil has been etched into the white gold surrounding the diamond, and on the reverse side of the pendant is an engraving of a rising sun.

Delicately engraved on the reverse side, under the rising sun, are the words, "Kelabarezi Di' Anla Andushan et Filzeran."

This pendant predates the Seven-Starred Empire, being one of the oldest items in my collection. It has puzzled Imperial scholars, the high council of Moon Mages, and reputedly Aesthene himself, none of which have managed to unlock the secret of how this pendant operates. One power that I have ascertained is its ability to provide light when held by the chain. There has been speculation that this pendant was a creation of one of the first Wizard Kings, but I have found that impossible to verify.
