| Look: | A white coffeepot decorated with blue roses and a tray of tarts are embroidered on the bottom half of the book's cover. Bold padded silk embroidery forms the title, "The Book of Pastries and Pies." A latch and clasp, enameled to resemble an orange muffin, keep the volume closed when not in use. Closer inspection reveals the book is actually a box covered in fabric and the clasp conceals a small keyhole. |
