- STUDY: As you study the beetle, you think you could probably wear, remove, clean, flip, kiss, pinch, punish, rub, tap and tickle it.
- WEAR: You set your black beetle on your shoulder. The beetle tenses briefly before getting a good grip.
- REMOVE: You carefully remove your black beetle from your shoulder. The beetle squirms and tenses briefly before resigning itself to being picked up.
- CLEAN: Your black beetle begins an elaborate grooming routine, using its forelegs to clean its other legs before unfolding its membranous wings to clean them.
- FLIP when worn: You can't -- you're wearing it.
- FLIP when held: You try to flip your black beetle onto its back for a belly rub, but the beetle quickly rights itself and clicks its mandibles at you.
- KISS when worn: You kiss a huge black beetle with an asymmetric pair of opposing horns!
- KISS when held: You bring your black beetle to your lips for a kiss, but the beetle launches itself into the air and clumsily flies away from your face before returning to your hand. What did you expect to happen?
- PINCH: You give your black beetle a squeeze. In response, the beetle jabs you with its horn. Ouch!
- PUNISH: You reach toward your black beetle as if to squish it. In response, the beetle brandishes its horn warningly. On second thought, perhaps squishing it is not such a good idea.
- RUB: You gently pat your black beetle on its thorax, and the beetle pulls its legs close to its body in a defensive posture. Evidently, it does not like to be rubbed.
- TAP: With one finger, you reach toward your black beetle. The beetle investigates you with its mandibles.
- TICKLE: You try to tickle your black beetle, but it grasps your finger with its legs and holds on tight. Did you really expect the beetle to laugh?
