Everyone enjoys a chance to nice things cheaply! You, too, can participate in special raffles when they're available! While this doesn't waive the in-game coin fee, that cost is usually a matter of a few silver up to a gold. Special events may have cheaper or more costly tickets.
Names of Common Raffle Runners: Jisi (Premium, special events), Kentikatili (Hollow Eve), Flehni (Taisidon Safari)
Note: Raffles aren't always available. Be prepared for when they are! You can only buy one ticket per raffle drawing, but there are frequently multiple raffles per event!
