You see Isowen Iluvithan, an Elven Lich.
She has a gaunt face, rotting pointed ears and red pinpoints of light glowing where her eyes once were. Her matted white hair is very long and tangled into snarls and knots. She has skin that has taken on the pale pallor of death, and her tiny skeletal figure is covered in blood and flies. Her corrupted nature defies any attempt to place her age, but by her looks, she was a young woman at the time of her descent into lichdom.
She is wearing some heavy manacles.
