Description: | Many a ranger has ventured beyond the bounds of civilization only to find themselves facing wild beasts defending their territory or hunting for food. The Forestwalker's Boon spell masks a ranger's natural scent with a pheromone that attempts to calm all but the most aggressive or cunning wild animals.
Effect: | pulsing calm effect on some animals
Example Messaging: | A gentle breeze swirls about you briefly before fading away, leaving you cloaked in a faint emerald glow.
The faint emerald glow surrounding you fades away. A red brocket deer pauses to sniff the air, then calms visibly. Spell dropping: The faint emerald glow surrounding you fades away.
Devices/Tattoos: | No devices or tattoos documented. |
Notes
- Appears on LOOK as a faint emerald aura.
- Similar to Empath's Innocence, but will not drop entirely if the ranger attacks a calmed animal. However, the attacked animal will no longer be calmed.
- Does not affect humanoid NPCs.
