Foyer

[Estate Holders' Headquarters, Foyer]
This tasteful entry hall is paneled with a variety of exotic woods. The parquet floor is patterned in alternately light and dark diamond shapes, surrounding the Estate Holder crest in the center of the room. Lining the walls are several plush couches for the comfort of those awaiting appointments.
You also see a table holding a stack of deeds with several things on it, the business hallway, the viewers' hallway, some massive ebony doors and a tall mahogany door.
Obvious exits: none.

Spectator Hallway

[Estate Holders' Headquarters, Spectator Hallway]
A short hallway leads from the front of the building to the viewing room, where members can watch council meetings. A slender royal blue runner carpets footfalls, preventing heavy steppers from disturbing those in attendance. The walls display portraits of prominent estate holders, past and present.
You also see the entry foyer and a teak door.
Obvious exits: none.

Spectator Gallery

[Estate Holders' Headquarters, Spectator Gallery]
This auditorium provides a place from which the council chambers can be viewed when a meeting is in session. Comfortable benches, padded in port wine-colored velvet, are arrayed in rows facing a glass window which affords a clear look at the proceedings. The walls are a finely lacquered teak.
You also see a teak door.
Obvious exits: none.

Office Hallway

[Estate Holders' Headquarters, Office Hallway]
This wide hallway is somewhat less opulent than the entry foyer and the rooms dedicated to council meetings, reflecting the fact that this is where the day-to-day business takes place. Several offices open off from here, with frequent visitors coming and going. The walls display portraits of prominent estate holders, past and present.
You also see the entry foyer, a pine Housing doorway, an oak Exchange doorway, a deobar Acquisitions doorway, a maple Expansions doorway, a cedar Recovery doorway and a notice for potential home buyers.
Obvious exits: none.

The Elanthian Office of Permits is now regis-
tering Estate Holders so that they may claim
private homes. All prospective homeowners
will be interested in knowing that the former
restriction of one house per family has been
lifted due to prosperous economic times. Now,
all members may individually own homes, and
all other family members will have access to
these properties.

For those former homeowners returning to the
realms after an absence, or for anyone who may
have relinquished Estate Holder status in the
past but has recently rejoined, you may attempt
a HOME RECALL in order to find your last place
of residence should it escape your immediate
memory. Current homeowners can use this abil-
ity as well in case they inadvertantly forget
where they live.

An individual who has had a home reclaimed by
our office in the past may be able to obtain
non-furniture belongings from his former resi-
dence via HOME RECLAIM, though this service is
unfortunately not available for everyone. In
addition, some returning Estate Holders will
notice their previous home's furniture will be
replaced upon a new HOME CLAIM, but others will
be out of luck and need to purchase all new
items.

Home Exchange Office

[Estate Holders' Headquarters, Home Exchange Office]
Tiny, stuffed with old, dusty furniture, and smelling like yesterday's laundry, this office is anything but a testimony to bureaucratic efficiency. Large piles of yellowing papers spill from cracked file cabinets and lie scattered upon the floor, fallen from large, ungainly stacks on what little desk space is not taken up by piles of mouldering food.
You also see a surly clerk and an oak doorway.
Obvious exits: none.

 • ASK CLERK ABOUT HOME: "Yes, yes," says the clerk as he shuffles through some papers. "Your old home's registration is for <a location>. If you want to claim a new one, you must give me the current registration fee of 60000 Kronars."

Housing Office

[Estate Holders' Headquarters, Housing Office]
This is a large office with a well-worn counter, several windows each with a "Use Next Window, Please" sign and apparently one clerk actually working. Every town in the land seems cursed with lines and waiting and fees. This office is for the obtaining of permits, licenses and similar matters.
You also see a surly clerk and a pine doorway.
Obvious exits: none.

 • ASK CLERK ABOUT HOME (when you have a home): "Yes, yes," says the clerk as he shuffles through some papers. "I believe your home is in '<a location>. How could you forget?"
 • ASK CLERK ABOUT HOME (when you do not have a home): information needed

Office of Acquisitions

[Estate Holders' Headquarters, Office of Acquisitions]
Maps cover practically every inch of available wall space, with overview maps covering all of Kermoria ranging down to ones detailing individual neighborhoods. Trays labeled "IN" and "OUT" are filled to overflowing, although the "IN" box is piled deeper by far. Government officials, landowners and couriers seem to form a parade of traffic through the office.
You also see a deobar doorway.
Obvious exits: none.

Office of Expansions

[Estate Holders' Headquarters, Office of Expansions]
This office is like a cousin to the Acquisitions Office without all the hubbub. There are a handful of maps on the wall, with pushpins marking areas for development. A few office workers are engaged in conversation with merchants and artisans, discussing potential development opportunities.
You also see a maple doorway.
Obvious exits: none.
