(Welcome, in the Common tongue) The Circle of the Jade Lotus, known in Gerenshuge as Omolo ilet a Jutialane Shaa, is a group dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich heritage of the Elothean people. We extend a warm welcome to all who wish to learn about our culture, language, and traditions.

Our Purpose
Founded in the year 449 by Illiahanna Callachan, along with Shavay the Circle was created with a simple yet vital purpose: to educate the wider world of Elanthia on the intricacies of Elothean culture. We aim to be a welcoming and accessible resource for anyone curious about our history, our ancient tongue, and the customs that have been passed down through generations. Our goal is to foster a deeper appreciation and understanding of the Elothean way of life.
Our Motto
"Ini Vyleht, Kaensh Orton; Ini Chyiatihan, Kaensh Bakshar.", loosely translated from Gerenshuge meaning "Through Knowledge, We Rise; Through Wisdom, We Endure."
Our Symbol
Our symbol is a silver shesegri knotwork pattern encircling a jade lotus flower. The shesegri pattern has long been used by the Elothean people as an aid for meditation, symbolizing our deep connection to our heritage and the peaceful, interwoven nature of our traditions. The lotus flower is associated with the Elothean race and represents resilience, growth, and enlightenment, reflecting our purpose of sharing knowledge and fostering a deeper understanding of our culture.
Who We Are
The Circle of the Jade Lotus is an informal group, not an official Order, Elothean House, or a formal organization affiliated with any particular House. We operate without a strict hierarchy or set meeting schedules, valuing a relaxed and open environment for learning and connection. We're also a group that loves to explore Elanthia's vast world, seek out new adventures, and have fun! Our membership is open to all races and guilds, except Necromancers.
We believe that sharing our culture is a collaborative effort. Whether you are a newcomer or a longtime friend, we encourage you to connect with us.
