Description:	The Clarify Gem spell focuses moonlight through a gem, removing flaws and increasing its value. It requires a moon in the sky, and you must have Piercing Gaze active on yourself to guide the spell.
Example Messaging:	You gesture at a medium moss-green diopside. It begins to shine with unnatural light. Roundtime: 4 seconds. A medium moss-green diopside gleams with new luster. You gesture at a medium moss-green diopside. It begins to shine with unnatural light. Roundtime: 4 seconds. The diopside shatters!

Notes

Increases the value of gems, but at the risk of shattering them. There must be a moon in the sky and you must have Piercing Gaze active. You can only clarify a gem once or it will shatter.
Piercing Gaze can also be used to view the current quality of the gem and see if it has already been enhanced.

Quality Variations
Gem quality is given in ranges. The value of a gem can increase, but the quality will still show the same.
